How to book

If you would like to take part in one of Prestige’s activities, then all you need to do is contact us and we will make it happen!

It is useful if you can provide us with as much information as possible, namely:

  1. Your name
  2. What activity you would like to do
  3. Preferred date for the activity
  4. How many people will be in your group
  5. How old any children are
  6. What level skier/boarder you are
  7. Where you are staying in Chamonix
  8. A contact telephone number

We will then get back to you with availability.
Please, note that whenever possible, Oli or one of the Prestige Pros will come to meet you the evening before an event. All products can be customised according to your wishes and your needs.

Payment:

Please be aware that any booking will be considered confirmed, once you have received e-mail confirmation from us.
You will be obliged to pay for any such confirmed bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, cash or credit card. Please note that for any credit card payments a handling fee of 1.5% will be charged.
We kindly ask that you pay us in full before leaving the resort.

Cancellation:

Full price is payable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start of the activities booked.
Half price is payable if cancellation is made within 7 days from the start of the activities booked.
There is no charge if cancellation is more than 7 days from start of the activities booked.
All activities are subject to weather and snow conditions. If any activities are cancelled by the professionals because of such conditions, no payment is required.

Transportation:

Prestige can provide transport (if required) depending on the number of spaces available in the pro’s vehicle.
Day booking: return transport to the area
Half day morning: one way transfer to the area
Half day afternoon: return transfer from the area
For transportation outside the valley (Verbier, Courmayeur, Comtamines, Megève etc...) an additional 85 euros will be charged for a return journey.
