We leave Chamonix by helicopter, flying over the Vallée Blanche to Tignes where snowmobiles wait to take us to the top of our first spectacular descent. MOONLIT VALLEE BLANCHE Quite possibly one of the most amazing experiences you may have in your life! Catch the last cable car of the day to watch the sun set from the Aiguille du Midi. Cross the arête and visit the infamous Refuge des Cosmiques for dinner and a few drinks before heading down the Vallée Blanche at around 10pm. It is hard to describe the wonder and splendor of the snow and glaciers beneath the light of the full moon - the night sky is actually a dark shade of blue, not black, so you can see everything. MOUNTAIN BIKE MADNESS & MASSAGE We spend a few hours mountain biking on easy forest trails with wonderful views over the Chamonix valley. Taking a break from two wheels at the helipad in Argentière, a breathtaking helicopter ride takes us right up close to the incredible ice walls of the Argentière glacier. We rejoin our bikes close to the Lognan lift station for a beautiful downhill ride back to the valley floor, ending the day with tea and a Jacuzzi at the exclusive Albert 1er hotel in Chamonix.
